Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support national integrated marketing programs and conferences.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue, F&B, housing, registration, and budget tracking.
• Develop event materials such as timelines, run‑of‑show, and post-event evaluations.
• Identify and manage external vendors for events.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align events with company goals.
• Manage event registration platforms and post-event surveys.
• Serve as liaison between operating companies to support communication and coordination.
• Oversee corporate promotional products inventory and replenish as needed.
• Uphold brand standards and serve as a resource for brand compliance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
