Job summary

American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Phoenix location to drive brand initiatives and support business growth. The role oversees campaigns across print, digital, signage and collateral, while coordinating PR and partner communications.

You will plan events, manage social media content and calendars, and assist with budgets and RFQs. A diploma/degree in marketing or related field plus 2 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relations or related field.
• 2 years in marketing coordination or public relations experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across print, digital, signage and collateral.
• Support PR efforts and partner communications strategy.
• Plan and execute events (site openings, trade shows, sponsorships) to boost brand visibility.
• Manage digital presence and social media calendars, monitor activity.
• Assist with budget development, media plans and RFQs with suppliers.
