Job summary

Vale Matcha is seeking a creative Events & Community Manager in Seattle who will bring the Vale experience to life through thoughtfully executed events and community engagement. This role involves planning and executing over three events a month, managing relationships with influencers, and translating real-world experiences into digital storytelling.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for community-building, a sharp eye for detail, and at least 2 years of hands-on event experience. This position is an integral part of the Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Head of Brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on event experience and a natural relationship builder.
• A creative thinker with strong taste and a sharp eye for culture.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple events at once.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute 3+ events per month from concept to completion.
• Develop creative, on-brand event concepts that drive buzz and attendance.
• Own all logistics: partnerships, vendors, timelines, staffing, and execution.
