J.Crew Factory is hiring a Sales Associate in California to bring our brand to life on the sales floor. You will help customers pick looks, provide friendly, knowledgeable service, and collaborate with teammates to meet store goals.

You’ll stay current with fashion trends, support scheduling needs including nights and weekends, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment that reflects our brand values.

Qualifications

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
• Assist in operational and product driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
• Be at least 18 years old, stay up to date with fashion trends, embrace teamwork and flexibility, and be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
