Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Mizzen+Main’s products, values, and brand story.
• Engage customers with a consultative sales approach and assist with product selection.
• Process transactions accurately, including returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist with merchandising and inventory.
• Support store operations, opening/closing, stockroom, and daily upkeep.
• Stay informed about promotions, events, and new product launches.
