Job summary

Vans is seeking a Sales Lead to support the store leadership team by ensuring the highest level of customer engagement and sales results. You will model the voice of the Vans brand and coach associates to drive performance in a fun, inclusive environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience; a HS diploma is preferred. This is a part-time position with opportunities for personal growth and advancement within VF Corporation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Foundation skills include driving results, coaching, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer centric mindset and an inclusive store environment while modeling selling behaviors.
• Assist in providing direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.
• Regularly interact with consumers within the store, providing a high level of customer service.
• Provide actionable feedback to store associates and adhere to policies and procedures.
