Job summary

Crocs is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help drive store performance. You will engage customers, uphold we stand for our CHARM service model, and stay current on product drops and promotions.

You’ll support merchandising, assist multiple departments, and work with management to meet personal sales goals. This role requires flexibility and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs’ service model (CHARM).
• Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising and stockroom operations.
• Support Store Management to achieve personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, asset protection, inventory control and compliance.
