Job summary

Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a part-time sales advisor to support the management team, motivate floor staff, and deliver an unparalleled customer experience. This role emphasizes brand knowledge, strong sales skills, and team collaboration to exceed targets on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include restocking, merchandising, and assisting with opening/closing procedures when management is not present, with a focus on creating a positive, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience and ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance.
• Bilingual (must be able to communicate with a diverse customer base).
• Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and keeping up to date with products.
• Establishes strong connections and relationships with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Upholds and executes all customer service initiatives across the store.
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory.
