O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Real Estate Project Designer to join our Real Estate and Development team. You will manage technical aspects of commercial development from site concept through permitting, ensuring alignment with branding and functional standards.

The role requires reviewing complex site documents, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and navigating regulatory processes to meet project schedules across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial Real Estate Development through permitting phase.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for site plan adjustments and plan review.
• Ability to read ALTA, Topo surveys and multi-discipline construction drawings.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes aligned with O'Reilly's branding and standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and consultants from site selection to permitting.
• Review Topographic, ALTA, and As-built surveys and interpret complex site documents.
• Interpret architectural, civil, MEP, and structural drawings.
• Review site plans with AutoCAD for internal review and adjustments.
• Research local building codes and coordinate permitting timelines with authorities.
• Manage third-party consultant teams to ensure on-schedule deliverables.
• Maintain rigorous project schedules across a high volume of sites.
