J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking motivated Sales Associates to embody the brand with personal style and warmth on the sales floor. You will help customers find looks and work with teammates to drive store success, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive experience.

You’ll contribute to a collaborative environment, stay current with fashion trends, and demonstrate flexibility by adapting to nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role includes lifting up to 40 pounds and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
