Responsibilities include following prep charts, maintaining proper temps, and assisting with inventory. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to read tickets and recipes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read tickets, recipes and product specifications.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Stand/walk for 4–8 hours; move in a busy kitchen.
• Adhere to state and local food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks, and presents food to order following company standards and timing.
• Follows prep procedures and rotates stock to maintain freshness.
• Maintains proper food temperatures and cleanliness per brand standards.
• Addresses guest concerns promptly and courteously when needed.
• Assists with inventory and proper storage of perishables.
