Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work both independently and with teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in archival and inventory management of Sales and Marketing content.
• Support branded content, website updates, email and webinar campaigns, and performance reporting.
• Help establish a centralized Sales and Marketing repository with clear naming conventions and ownership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate audit findings into accessible resources.
• Organize assets with consistent tagging, categorization, and version-control standards.
• Ensure latest approved materials are easily discoverable for sellers and marketers.
