Job summary

Hebron Savings Bank seeks a Marketing Coordinator in Hebron, MD to coordinate day-to-day marketing campaigns, manage the bank’s digital presence, and support branch marketing initiatives.

You will work with Retail Banking and Delivery leadership to grow brand awareness, optimize social media, update website content, and drive community outreach while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• One to three years of experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or branding preferred.
• Experience with social media management, content creation, and website updates strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, digital analytics tools, and marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage content across social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and Instagram.
• Monitor engagement and respond to messages, comments, and reviews in accordance with Bank policies.
• Maintain and update the Bank’s online presence and SEO efforts to improve visibility.
• Track marketing performance metrics and ROI to guide decisions.
• Develop marketing materials and campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Support community sponsorships, events, and local branch marketing initiatives.
