Job summary

Credit Union West is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to join our Marketing team in Glendale, AZ. You will create compelling visuals for print and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns while meeting tight deadlines.

You will collaborate with marketing, retail delivery, and product teams, manage multiple projects, and contribute ideas for branch openings and remodels. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of web design basics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (4-year program preferred).
• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, with branding, advertising, and digital design experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design – develop designs for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other platforms; ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Communicate concepts to internal stakeholders; provide progress updates and incorporate feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing team.
