Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design and marketing creative.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong digital marketing and conversion-focused design.
• Experience designing for print and digital channels.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into effective concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Elevate Honest Abe brand identity across marketing channels.
• Create scalable design systems and templates for multi-location franchise network.
• Design high-performing creatives for paid media campaigns (Google & Meta).
• Develop landing page designs focused on lead generation and conversion.
• Collaborate with video, content, and web teams to ensure cohesive visuals.
• Design print assets like door hangers, mailers, billboards, and sales collateral.
