Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing brand design and marketing creative.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing creative and conversion-focused design.
• Experience designing for both print and digital channels.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into effective creative concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Design & Creative Direction across marketing channels.
• Design high-performing creative for paid media campaigns and landing pages.
• Develop scalable visuals for digital campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement designs in WordPress.
• Create print-ready assets for franchise marketing materials (door hangers, billboards, direct mail).
• Provide creative direction for video thumbnails, social content, and campaign assets.
