Job summary

Valley Children's Healthcare is seeking a Graphic Design & Digital Content Specialist to support the production of high-quality marketing collateral across print and digital platforms. You will coordinate design from concept to final production for routine materials and Canva-based assets, while maintaining brand standards.

You will also assist with digital content updates, basic website edits, and collaborate with internal teams to improve turnaround times and ensure accuracy across all service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or communications, or related field or equivalent experience (required).
• Minimum four (4) years Experience in graphic design, marketing production or related field with emphasis on high-volume production work, collateral updates and digital content support. (required).
• Working knowledge of graphic design principles and processes, proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva; print and digital design experience; CMS/web content updates; detail oriented; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design for routine and templated materials from concept to final production (one-sheets, brochures, flyers, Canva assets).
• Maintain Valley Children's Healthcare's brand standards across materials.
• Support internal stakeholders and improve turnaround times for marketing deliverables.
• Assist with digital content updates and basic website edits.
