Job summary

EliseAI in New York City seeks a Designer to craft and orchestrate visual elements that reinforce our brand and tell compelling stories. You will drive projects from concept to completion, maintain brand coherence, and collaborate across marketing, product, and sales to meet business goals.

You will own UI polish and product visuals while elevating campaigns, websites, and multimedia assets. This role requires hands-on design leadership, strong storytelling, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

2+ years of professional brand design experience.

Responsibilities

Translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for visual expressions and creative decision-making.
Evolve the brand system to bring consistency, scalability, and flexibility across all customer touchpoints.
Create multi-media narratives that tell engaging stories of teams, projects, or deliverables, tailored to audience and communication objectives.
Evolve the website and digital experiences to effectively communicate our value proposition, positioning, and brand character.
Drive collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to align design work with business goals and execution roadmaps.
Design a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print ads, social media graphics, website elements, email templates, presentations, and promotional items, ensuring brand integrity and creative excellence.
Develop brand guidelines, toolkits, and templates to empower teams and maintain consistent quality across outputs.
Contribute to product design by supporting UI polish, visual consistency, and brand alignment within digital products.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing work to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
Analyze brand performance and gather insights to inform and refine visual strategies and creative approaches.
Advocate for design excellence, brand consistency, and creative innovation across the organization.
