Job summary

Abaka AI is seeking a Brand Designer to shape and elevate the company’s visual identity across marketing, recruiting, partnerships, events, and communications. You will work on conference materials, presentations, social graphics, branded merchandise, and marketing collateral, collaborating with GTM, Partnerships, Recruiting, Operations, Research, and Leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Brand Design, Graphic Design, Marketing Design, Visual Design or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showing branding, marketing collateral, presentation design, event design, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
• Solid typography, layout, color, branding and visual communication principles.
• Experience designing both digital and print assets.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to delivery independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and maintain Abaka AI’s visual identity across digital, print, and physical experiences.
• Design conference and event materials including booth graphics, signage, banners, handouts, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Create branded swag and merchandise (stickers, apparel, notebooks, giveaways, packaging).
• Develop presentations, pitch decks, recruiting materials, customer assets, and sales collateral.
• Design marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and partnerships.
