Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a hands-on Designer/Video Editor to own the look and feel of our brand across design and video. You will concept, design and edit content for campaigns, sales decks, social video and event reels, partnering with marketing to set the creative standard.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated AI-enabled design workflow experience.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showing both design and video work.
• Experience creating content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps including After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Hands-on using AI tools in creative work (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Descript).
• Excellent typography, layout, color sense and storytelling.
• Able to simplify complex topics into clear visuals.
• Strong communication and ability to defend creative concepts.
• Organized, self-directed and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual concepts for campaigns, product launches and events from brief to final files.
• Design digital and print assets: social graphics, web banners, email, infographics, presentations and one-pagers.
• Own and evolve brand guidelines, templates and asset libraries for on-brand consistency.
• Edit short- and long-form video for social, web, webinars and customer stories; manage post-production workflow.
• Plan shoots, create storyboards, shot lists and coordinate remote recordings.
• Travel 10–20% as required.
