Job summary

Story, a brand and strategy studio, is hiring a Designer for BLADE to take client work from strategy brief to finished design, building brand systems, campaigns, decks, and assets that bring ideas to life.

Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate, you will own design delivery, transform briefs into distinctive visuals, support shoots, present to clients, and collaborate with strategists and account leads to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and campaigns across multiple styles.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to take work from concept through final delivery.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own design delivery across brand kits, campaign systems, decks, and ongoing client assets.
• Turn strategy briefs into clear, distinctive design, and challenge the brief when the idea needs more work.
• Support shoots and manage vendors with light oversight.
• Present your work to clients and explain the thinking behind it.
• Partner with strategists and account leads to keep projects moving and deliver work on schedule.
