Job summary

Story Inc. is hiring a Designer for BLADE, Story's brand and strategy division. You will take client work from strategy brief to finished design, building brand systems, campaigns, decks, and assets that bring them to life.

You will own design delivery across brand kits and campaigns, turn strategy briefs into distinctive visuals, and present work to clients while collaborating with strategists and account leads to keep projects on schedule. Based in the SF Bay Area or open to relocation.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing brand systems and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to take work from concept to final delivery.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Based in the SF Bay Area or open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Own design delivery across brand kits, campaign systems, decks, and client assets.
• Turn strategy briefs into clear, distinctive design, and challenge the brief when the idea needs more work.
• Support shoots and manage vendors with light oversight.
• Present your work to clients and explain the thinking behind it.
• Partner with strategists and account leads to keep projects moving and deliver work on schedule.
