Job summary

JETSET Pilates Franchising seeks a senior Graphic Designer to lead brand campaigns, franchise content, and retail merchandise while upholding brand consistency. The role blends hands-on design with scalable systems to empower a fast-growing franchise network.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with Brand Marketing, Franchise Development, and Retail & Merchandise to reflect campaign priorities and maintain JETSET's visual identity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong proficiency in Canva, including building templates for non-designers.
• Highly organized, with experience maintaining shared design systems, folders, and asset libraries.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work required.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign look and feel, design direction, and cross-channel storytelling.
• Lead production timelines to ensure assets are proofed and delivered on schedule.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels and assets.
• Create content for owned marketing channels and franchise network.
• Build a Canva template library for franchise partners.
• Design executive deck templates for leadership and franchise presentations.
• Design paid ads, flyers, one-pagers, and display ads to support growth.
• Design apparel and retail merchandise items.
• Organize design folders and systems for the team and network.
