Job summary

Bader Rutter in Milwaukee or Chicago is seeking a designer who can turn strategy into engaging creative across print, digital and social media, collaborating with copywriters and art directors to bring ideas to life.

You’ll present work to clients, incorporate feedback, create content in images, video and GIFs, and manage your projects to deliver on time. BA/BS + 2–5 years, Adobe CS and Figma are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science and 2–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong understanding of color, typography, illustration and design principles.
• Experience across print, interactive and social media.
• Strong collaboration, communication and organizational skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute thoughtful design that aligns with strategy and creative briefs.
• Create work across print, interactive and social media.
• Develop concepts and collaborate with copywriters, art directors and other team members.
• Present work internally and interact with clients.
• Take constructive feedback and use it to strengthen the work.
• Create content across formats, including images, video and animated GIFs.
• Identify design challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Manage your work effectively and deliver projects on time.
