Job summary

Greenlight is a family technology company redefining how families manage money and life online. We are seeking a Brand Designer to help scale our visual identity across marketing, product, and communications.

You will partner with design, marketing, and product to craft compelling visuals, maintain the design system, and deliver cohesive experiences across touchpoints. A 1–3 year track record, a strong portfolio, and fluency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite are essential; After Effects a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years design experience in a creative environment.
• A dynamic portfolio showing layout, typography, color, form, motion, and brand systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design engaging visual assets across brand and product ecosystem to support acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Work on marketing campaigns, landing pages, emails, social content, in-app content, decks, and more.
• Leverage motion to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Maintain brand cohesion by following guidelines and exploring fresh visual expressions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to meet creative briefs and business goals.
