Job summary

Greenlight Financial Technology seeks a Brand Designer to craft visual storytelling across marketing, ads, and product touchpoints. You will build and grow a cohesive brand identity, ensuring consistency and delight across channels.

You'll partner with teammates to execute campaigns, landing pages, emails, and in-app content, leveraging your skills in Figma and the Adobe suite. A strong portfolio and print-ready ability help you stand out.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years design experience at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led company.
• Portfolio showcasing layout, typography, color, form, motion, storytelling, and brand systems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work within brand guidelines.
• Strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Figma; mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design engaging visual assets across Greenlight’s brand and product ecosystem to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Work on a range of creative projects like marketing and product launch campaigns, website landing pages, emails, social media content, in-app content, company swag, presentation decks, direct mailers, and more.
• Leverage motion to engage viewers and support storytelling.
• Drive consistency and cohesion across the brand, building upon guidelines and identifying opportunities for fresh visual expression.
• Collaborate with marketing and product managers, creative directors, strategists, copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure your work delivers on the creative brief and meets business objectives.
