Thatch is seeking a Brand Designer to shape its visual identity across web, campaigns, events, print, and more. You’ll develop creative concepts and bring them to life, helping define how people see Thatch.

You’ll join a small, collaborative team with high standards for craft and bold creative thinking, delivering standout brand work for a healthcare-focused audience in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in brand/visual or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio with craft across typography, layout, color, visual storytelling.
• Experience translating brand identity into cohesive work across digital and print.
• Ability to move quickly, iterate thoughtfully, and deliver polished work.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve Thatch's visual identity across touchpoints.
• Develop concepts for website, campaigns, digital content, events, print, and more.
• Own design projects end to end from exploration to launch.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Design to translate goals into creative work.
• Present and advocate ideas, incorporating feedback while maintaining craft.
• Collaborate with external partners to bring fresh ideas to the story.
