Thatch is seeking a Brand Designer to shape its visual identity across web, campaigns, events, print, and more. You\'ll develop creative concepts and bring them to life, owning projects from exploration through production and launch.

You\'ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design to translate business goals into compelling work, delivering polished visuals in our fast-growing startup environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft across typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
• Experience translating brand identity into cohesive, high-quality work across digital and print touchpoints.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and evolve Thatch's visual identity across touchpoints.
• Develop and execute creative concepts across website, campaigns, events, print, and more.
• Own design projects end to end from exploration to launch.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design to translate business goals into compelling visuals.
• Present and defend ideas, incorporating feedback while maintaining high craft standards.
• Work with external partners when needed to bring fresh ideas to storytelling.
