Job summary

HARMAN Lifestyle is seeking a Brand Designer to develop and execute creative concepts that bring brand strategies to life across digital, retail, social and email channels. You’ll collaborate with the Creative Services team, Design Manager and Art Directors to meet project goals and maintain brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio across campaigns and multiple channels.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to present work and incorporate feedback.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts based on brand strategy.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand requirements.
• Apply brand strategy across digital, retail, social, email, and advertising.
• Identify gaps and collaborate to resolve them.
• Present concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with Design Manager and Art Directors on guidance.
• Use approved AI-enabled tools to support exploration and asset development.
