Job summary

Mixbook is seeking a Brand Designer to create on‑brand assets that inspire customers to create, connect, and tell stories. You will collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams on brand moments and campaigns—across email, site, and social—delivering pixel‑perfect creatives and maintaining brand consistency.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional teamwork, portfolio excellence, and ongoing exploration of new design techniques to keep the brand visually fresh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality design work.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with photo editing and GIF creation.
• Experience experimenting with AI design tools is a nice‑to‑have.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality, pixel‑perfect creative for marketing and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate on campaign ideation, product launches, and creative brainstorms.
• Partner with Creative and Performance Marketing teams to ensure visuals align with campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with copywriters to integrate design with messaging.
• Maintain Mixbook’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Advocate for design excellence and brand consistency in every project.
• Design, resize, and optimize digital ads for multiple platforms and formats.
• Troubleshoot and adapt brand elements for execution as needed.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Proactively gather project requirements and clarify timelines and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Introduce new design techniques, styles, and technologies.
