BrüMate is seeking a talented, freelance-to-hire Graphic Designer to translate marketing briefs into a creative suite of assets across digital, brand, paid, and retention channels. You will collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Marketing teams to craft visuals that captivate our audience.

The role requires returning hybrid work with two in-office days per week at our Denver, Colorado base. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Able to multi-task and manage several different projects with strong attention to the details.
• Highly proficient with design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of After Effects / Premiere is a bonus.
• Desire to work alongside a growing brand in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Work alongside the Creative and Marketing teams to expand and communicate the brand’s visual identity consistently across all marketing touchpoints through print, e-commerce, email, social media, and web & digital brand collateral
• Execute day-to-day, monthly, and seasonal design requests
• Assist in the design process from concept to execution including layouts, design, asset rollouts, toolkits, creative reviews, and any other requested marketing materials
• Ability to maintain quality while delivering multiple projects and deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team to ensure proper resolution to questions and issues that arise during the design development process
• Perform photo editing + retouching / image manipulation as needed
• Curate digital assets and maintain server file organization
• Review final designs with Creative Director, Sr. Art Director, and Brand/Marketing Team for full approval
• Assist in shaping the way we communicate our visual identity to multiple audiences through many product offerings
• Prepare final files for delivery
