You'll stay sharp with Blender and Framer, translate prototyping findings into actionable visuals, and help bridge between Framer and Illustrator. This is a growth-minded team that values clear communication and rapid iteration.

Formación

• 5 years of Adobe Illustrator experience.
• Proven Framer expertise in a fast-moving creative environment.
• Blender experience to expand the toolkit.
• Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings.
• Thrives in a community-minded, deadline-driven setting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready files to engineering and print teams.
• Keep current with Blender and Adobe Illustrator to expand the creative toolkit.
• Translate prototyping research findings into a visual the whole floor can act on.
• Map where Framer and Adobe Illustrator overlap, then live in that middle.
• Salvage usable frames from a shoot the weather in Fort Wayne half-ruined.
• Reframe a rejected idea as the seed of the one that finally lands.
• Mine customer interviews for the one phrase that becomes the whole campaign.
• Run the critique that makes junior creative work braver, not safer.
