Formación

• 3 years of brand design experience.
• Comfort owning creative decisions in Texas market.

Responsabilidades

• Translate Adobe XD research findings into a visual the whole floor can act on.
• Champion a quick-to-ship approach to user-centered design in every project.
• Set guardrails loose enough for mid-level creatives to surprise you inside them.
• Develop creative campaigns that translate Civic Innovation Lab's strategy into compelling storytelling.
• Edit raw footage and audio into share-ready stories for multiple platforms.
• Map the emotional arc of a launch video, beat by beat, before a frame is shot.
