• Experience at the mid-level inside a freelance role.
• Comfort with a Cedars-Sinai pace that rarely sits still.
• Familiarity with heuristic evaluation and related tools or frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Knit copy and art into a single argument instead of two parallel monologues.
• Localize creative for Broken Arrow audiences without flattening the original idea.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and print vendors.
• Frame the design rationale so mid-level approvers feel smart agreeing with you.
• Tighten a loose deck until every slide earns its place in the freelance pitch.
• Spin one campaign idea into thirty platform-native cuts before lunch.
• Cut a sixty-second story to fifteen without amputating the point.
• Trade pixel polish for speed when a freelance deadline says you must.
