Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Strong visual skills in text layout and color.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials for print and digital resources.
• Collaborate with departments and work independently with goals and guidelines.
• Produce layouts for flyers, ads, brochures, books, banners, infographics, and more.
• Review production stages to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare files for printers and manage pre-press processes.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors on pricing and scheduling.
• Manage digital files and support social media and digital channels.
• Uphold the organization’s style guide and brand consistency.
