Zirc Dental Products is seeking a creative Graphic Designer for an in-office role in Buffalo, MN. You will partner with the Director of Marketing to turn ideas into on-brand content across print, digital, social, email, web and packaging.

The role requires ownership, variety, and collaboration with a small marketing team. The position offers a strong design culture, opportunities in a growth-focused environment, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Design or equivalent demonstrated work.
• 4+ years of design experience or equivalent portfolio.
• Strong organization, integrity, communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design a wide variety of print and digital materials supporting marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and evolve Zirc’s visual brand across channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute integrated campaigns across print, email, social, web and events.
• Create marketing collateral including ads, brochures, presentations and packaging.
• Develop engaging social media content and repurpose assets for multiple channels.
• Use CMS to update website content and promotions.
• Build reusable templates and asset libraries for efficiency.
• Coordinate with Sales and other teams to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Stay current on design trends and product knowledge.
