Job summary

Havenly is hiring a Brand Designer to lead design across Havenly and its family of brands. You’ll craft paid creative for social, email, site, and campaigns, with attention to typography, composition, and imagery.

You’ll work with AI tools and collaborate with Growth Marketing, Copy, and Brand teams to translate strategies into compelling work. In-office in Denver, CO, you’ll join a fast-paced team focused on retail and DTC design.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on design experience in-house or at an agency.
• Retail, e‑commerce, or DTC experience preferred.
• Portfolio showing multiple brand systems and paid social work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience with AI design tools and evaluating their use.

Responsibilities

• Design paid creative for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and display.
• Maintain diverse concepts to avoid ad fatigue.
• Use AI tools for image generation and editing.
• Analyze winners with Growth Marketing to inform next work.
• Design email, landing pages, onsite placements, and organic social.
• Contribute to tentpole campaigns and shoots with art direction.
