• Develop and produce engaging visual assets, including static images and motion graphics tailored for social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Pinterest.
• Create animated content and incorporate video graphics, overlays, and effects optimized for social-first audiences.
• Coordinate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute visual ideas aligned with paid social advertising strategies.
• Curate and incorporate high-quality product and merchandise photography into static and video assets.
• Stay informed on social media design trends and adapt them to enhance Etsy’s brand presence while maintaining consistent visual identity.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in graphic design and digital content creation, particularly for social media and within retail or fashion industries.
• Strong understanding of social media landscape, including current content trends and platform best practices.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) and Canva; familiar with Figma is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling digital designs and communicate effectively through visual storytelling.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within teams.
