Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Brand Design Specialist to join our Communications and Brand Team. This individual will play a key role in shaping and evolving our global visual identity by developing impactful brand assets—including packaging, templates, icons, and event graphics. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven healthcare company with a global reach, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Apply packaging style guides to pre-production files and collaborate with packaging operations teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Design and deliver a wide range of assets including corporate graphics, icons, presentation templates, and interactive content.
Support the development and maintenance of global brand identity guidelines.
Contribute to visual brand development for physical environments, tradeshows, and events.
Provide design consultation to internal teams to maintain brand cohesion and elevate creative output.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (completed and verified prior to start).
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in graphic or brand design.
Demonstrated experience in both B2B and B2C product packaging design and artwork production.
Strong knowledge of print production processes.
Experience designing for tradeshows, events, and digital environments (UI/UX experience a plus).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all design work.
Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity and find creative solutions.
Ability to render and animate icons, illustrations, and product images is a plus.
