Job summary

Radio Flyer is seeking a Marketing & Visual Communications Intern in Chicago, IL. This paid internship offers exposure to the Brand Communications team, with hands-on design for campaigns, social media, packaging, and product launches.

The role requires a junior or senior majoring in Graphic Design/Visual Communications/Marketing with a 3.0+ GPA and strong Adobe skills. Portfolio samples are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be a junior or senior, majoring in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, and/or Marketing with a 3.0+ grade point average.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Creative, hands-on and results oriented; need a strong ability to prioritize objectives and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
• Capacity to understand graphic trends, recommend design direction, and update designs based on feedback

Responsibilities

• Design visuals (digital and physical assets) to promote the Radio Flyer brand and products.
• Design visuals for internal customers, including company meetings and events
• Copywrite new product content for launches on RadioFlyer.com and retail customer websites.
• Create written brand content to support e-commerce and social media growth.
• Provide assistance during onsite and offsite photo and video shoots
