Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7–10 years of graphic design and brand management experience in relevant industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers, including assigning work, setting priorities, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Refine design standards and review processes to ensure high-quality output.
• Manage workflow and capacity across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Direct design and production of marketing collateral and case studies.
• Oversee visual content for websites and digital platforms.
• Manage relationships with external vendors.
• Ensure brand consistency across regional offices and communications.
• Develop templates and design systems for non-designers to create brand-compliant materials.
