Job summary

Motive is seeking a Brand Design Lead to drive design excellence across our Brand Studio. You will lead and mentor a distributed team across North America and Pakistan, elevating craft, systems, and processes for global scale.

As a hands-on creative leader, you’ll develop concepts for major campaigns and ensure brand integrity across channels, regions, and formats, partnering with marketing and product teams to accelerate impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative roles.
• 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing designers.
• Strong portfolio showing identity design, brand systems, and integrated marketing work.
• Hands-on design leadership while guiding others and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand design within Motive Brand Studio, setting high craft and brand expression.
• Provide visual direction for campaigns, activations, and brand initiatives with marketing leadership.
• Offer hands-on design leadership for key moments and present concepts to executives.
• Ensure consistent application of Motive's brand system across regions and formats.
• Build scalable design systems, toolkits, and documentation.
