Job summary

DualEntry is seeking a founding Product Marketing Manager to shape how our AI-native ERP appears to CFOs, operators and finance teams. You’ll own brand storytelling across web, print and events, translating positioning into visuals that land with enterprise buyers.

You’ll collaborate with PMM, Marketing and Sales, build scalable brand systems, and lead campaigns from landing pages to conference booths. Equity, salary and growth are substantial in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience in-house at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, a top-tier agency or both.
• A portfolio that demonstrates brand identity, web, print and event design with strong craft and conviction.
• Experience building and evolving brand systems, not just executing within them.

Responsibilities

• Define how DualEntry shows up in the world, shaping perception with CFOs and finance teams.
• Lead dualentry.com as a living expression of the brand, from landing pages to campaigns for conversion.
• Drive the creative for DualEntry’s events presence, ensuring every touchpoint is intentional.
• Build scalable design systems and templates (deck masters, social frameworks, email layouts, print templates).
• Collaborate with PMM, Marketing, and Sales to translate positioning into visual storytelling.
