Job summary

Fresh Mark Inc. in Massillon, OH, invites you to join its Brand & Customer Engagement internship. You’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing, events, and product promotion within the Sugardale portfolio.

You will assist with marketing campaigns, coordinate events with sports partners, conduct product demonstrations, and help build brand presence across core markets while learning from industry leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a 4-year degree in Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
• 18 years of age and Junior status by start of the internship program.
• Work Authorization: legally authorized for employment in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to drive to events.
• Must be available July 26 through August 8 to support the Annual Partnership Summit.
• Some nights and weekends will be required for events.
• Knowledge of statistics and data visualization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Proactive thinker and self-motivated.
• Strong time, project, and organizational management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to safety practices and GMP.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing and promotion of new items to consumers.
• Coordinate events with Sugardale sports partners (Cleveland Guardians, Browns, Pro Football Hall of Fame).
• Conduct product demonstrations at retail locations and events.
• Conduct store audits; check product presentation and packaging; create audit recap reports.
• Execute promotional events in Sugardale core branding areas.
• Coordinate information for e-newsletters.
• Support basics of brand management across digital, shopper, experiential, and B2B Marketing.
• Work on an individualized project and present to management.
