Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Brand & Creative Strategy Expert to support client-facing projects, reviewing and enhancing executive presentations with branding, creative strategy, presentation design and business communication. Improve clarity, visual impact, and message effectiveness while contributing data for next-generation AI systems.

You will reconstruct slides in PowerPoint, improve structure, visuals and messaging for senior audiences, and document design decisions with a detailed change log.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience creating executive presentations for advertising agencies, holding companies, brand consultancies, or in-house teams.
• Proven ability to transform complex data into compelling, visually engaging presentations.
• Excellent written communication and content editing skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reconstruct client business slides in Microsoft PowerPoint while improving clarity, structure, and visual impact.
• Enhance slide structure, visual storytelling, data visualization, and messaging for executive and client-facing audiences.
• Edit and refine content to improve message hierarchy, action titles, and narrative flow.
• Document changes in a detailed log and explain the rationale behind design and content decisions.
• Critically evaluate slides while preserving the intent and context of the original content.
• Balance presentation design best practices with business objectives and audience needs.
• Deliver reviewed and enhanced slides along with the corresponding change log within the required timeframe.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, slide reconstruction, and presentation design.
• Strong ability to transform complex data into compelling and visually engaging presentations.
• Excellent written communication and content editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly explain and defend presentation design and content decisions.
• Experience evaluating AI outputs or training AI models is a plus.
