MongoDB, Inc. seeks a Director of Brand & Creative Marketing to evolve global brand identity and creative expression. You will translate complex data and technology into compelling stories that drive business outcomes and loyalty.

Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing, you’ll shape campaigns that raise mindshare and market share across developers and executives. You’ll lead a diverse team of designers, content creators, and production artists, partnering with Marketing, Product, and Sales

• 10+ years of design leadership in external agencies or brand teams.
• Experience crafting branding and design systems for B2B tech/SaaS.
• Leads large events and integrated marketing campaigns.
