Job summary

Roncelli, Inc. is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to bring the brand to life through visual storytelling, photography, videography and compelling marketing content.

You will ensure brand consistency across digital, print and events while supporting business development and recruiting efforts. The role involves creating high-quality assets, collaborating with marketing leadership, and traveling regionally for shoots and events.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, video production and branding.
• 3–5 years in graphic design or creative marketing, preferably in construction or related industries.
• Strong branding and visual identity management skills.
• Experience supporting proposals, executive presentations and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to travel to project sites and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing collateral: brochures, statements, ads, infographics and presentations.
• Capture and edit photography and video for projects, events and recruiting.
• Design print and digital ads, and develop PowerPoint decks for leadership.
• Develop social assets for LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Maintain brand standards and templates across channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, BD, HR and leadership to support campaigns.
