Brahmin Leather Works is seeking a Marketing Manager, Brand Creative to turn brand inspiration into compelling visuals across customer touchpoints. You will guide concept development, art direction, and production, weaving Brahmin's texture and craftsmanship into high- performing campaigns.

You will lead a creative team, collaborate with Marketing, Design, eCommerce, Retail and Wholesale, and ensure brand consistency while balancing commercial priorities for growth and loyalty.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–8 years in graphic design, brand creative, or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to translate brand vision into integrated campaigns.
• Experience mentoring creative talent and leading cross-functional teams.

• Translate Brahmin's heritage and product storytelling into compelling campaigns across channels.
• Lead concept development, art direction, design and production for Brand and product stories.
• Balance brand identity with commercial priorities to deepen loyalty and reach new audiences.
• Direct photography, video, and visual identity; ensure consistent guidelines across channels.
• Develop mood boards, shot lists and creative briefs; oversee shoots and post-production.
• Coach and develop team members; collaborate with agencies, vendors and internal teams.
