Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. We are seeking a Brand/creative direction professional to evaluate AI-generated artifacts and provide feedback on brand and marketing collateral.

This contract role is remote, offering flexible scheduling for experienced candidates. You will assess outputs against quality rubrics, identify factual and presentation errors, and deliver structured recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Brand / creative direction / marketing collateral.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs in Brand / creative direction / marketing collateral.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
