Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced Brand Designer to own and evolve the Alani Nu brand identity across packaging, events, and campaigns. You will collaborate with the Brand Design Lead to execute across major launches, direct brand photoshoots, and mentor a design/copy team, ensuring cohesive voice and visuals.

A strong portfolio and leadership experience are essential. The role is in-office at Celsius HQ, Louisville, KY or Boca Raton, FL, with a focus on high-impact brand storytelling

Qualifications

• 7+ years of visual design experience in an agency or in-house team.
• Portfolio required with brand and campaign work.
• Proven leadership and team management across design and copy.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma.
• Deep understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling.
• Strong typography, color theory and layout skills.
• Experience with digital-first design and UX/UI basics.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Alani Nu brand identity across packaging, POS, events, merchandise and campaign storytelling, delivering best-in-class creative.
• Collaborate with the Brand Design Lead to lead creative execution across all major campaigns and launches.
• Direct brand photoshoots from concept to post-production polish.
• Provide clear direction to Designers, Copywriters and Art Directors to ensure creative excellence across channels.
• Manage and mentor design and copy team members, delegating tasks and guiding day-to-day creative executions.
• Develop brand copy and storytelling to align voice with Alani Nu identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to market and elevate existing work.
• Oversee print-ready packaging and label designs while maintaining brand cohesion.
• Lead creative quality control across packaging, POS and product visualizations.
